Many sections of the website are available only to
Association Homeowners and Renters.

To log into the Members Only section:
(or download this guide)

  • Click on the "Sign Up or Log In Here" button located at the top left
  • A Member Log in screen will appear

  • If you are new to the site, click on "Sign Up" and follow the prompts
  • You must include your street address to verify membership
  • Your request will be forwarded for approval
  • Once your residence within the Providence neighborhood is verified, you will be granted access. (Please be patient)

  • If you are already registered on the site, type in your email and password.
  • If you forgot your password, just follow the prompts.
Note:  When you first register to the website, you will be asked for your email and to create a password. Your email address will only be visible to the website administrators for communication purposes. No one else will see your email address and you may change your password at any time.
In the "My Account" section (visible in the left side menu once you are registered), you have the option to include additional information. This, too, will only be visible to the website administrators for communication purposes. You have the choice to add information or leave it blank.
Consider joining our Nextdoor Group!
Providence Owners & Renters can swap neighbor updates and contractor recommendations on our Nextdoor Group!
Just click here and follow the prompts: nextdoor.com/g/i6n0bv3xn/
Once your residence within the Providence neighborhood is verified, you will be granted access.
Note:  When you join our HOA Nextdoor Group, the Nextdoor app automatically also connects you to groups all over town.  You need to go to "preferences" in your account section, and de-select all the add-on groups that you don't want to receive.  Unfortunately, you need to renew these preferences every 6 months, or all the unwanted add-on groups will re-appear.  Because of this, many of our homeowners prefer to opt out of our Nextdoor group.
Hopefully, our HOA will have an independent communication system soon!
