This October, there will be three open positions on the HOA Board, and we encourage interested homeowners to consider running. Serving on the Board is a rewarding opportunity to have a voice in the decisions that shape our community and help make it an even better place to live.
We encourage all residents to think about getting involved. Whether you have new ideas to share or simply want to give back to the neighborhood, your participation can make a meaningful difference.

Who picks up sticks?
You do!
Our landscaping company does a great job of maintaining the grass and overall appearance, but the act of keeping your yard free of fallen branches actually falls upon the homeowner.
Can I put them in my trash?
Maybe. According to Zan's Refuse, small quantities of leaves or grass can go in bags inside your bin, but large sticks, and branches might cause your trash to be rejected.

Our low-maintenance community consists of single homes (Cottages), semi-attached homes (Villas), and townhouses (Town homes). Our grounds are meticulously maintained for our owners' enjoyment. We are conveniently located near Midlothian Turnpike and Hull Street in Chesterfield County, Virginia. If you are visiting, you may only view the menu items that are listed in the top menu bar. The pages listed in Green in the left hand menu bar are available only to registered Providence owners and renters. Our Association is online to provide you with a wealth of information, services and opportunities and to share ideas and information. This will enable members to receive news and announcements and to access important Association documents, forms and more. We hope you will take advantage of this service. Your input and suggestions will be appreciated.
